MIMIMOMO currently ships to addresses in the United States only. All orders are charged in USD.

Shipping cost and timing

We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible U.S. orders. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Timing can vary because of order processing, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, and certain remote locations may take longer. If we cannot ship to an address or expect a material delay, we will contact you using the information provided with your order and offer the options required by applicable law.

Fulfillment and delivery

Orders may be fulfilled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) or other third-party fulfillment partners and delivered by a carrier selected for the order. A fulfillment partner may receive the shipping information needed to process and deliver your order.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email hello@mimimomostore.com as soon as possible. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but address changes may not be possible once an order is in process.

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins by emailing hello@mimimomostore.com with your order number. Once fulfillment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. If your order has already shipped, please review our Return & Refund Policy.
