These Terms of Service govern your use of the MIMIMOMO online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Store and orders

MIMIMOMO currently offers purchases for delivery within the United States only. Prices are displayed in USD. Product availability, prices, and store content may change. We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product information and may correct errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you and handle any cancellation or refund as required by applicable law.

When you place an order, please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. An order is subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping and fulfillment

We offer Free Standard Shipping to eligible U.S. addresses, with estimated delivery in 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Orders may be fulfilled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) or other third-party fulfillment partners. See our Shipping Policy for more detail, including timing for Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, and remote locations.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins. Once fulfillment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including the 30-day return request period and conditions for return shipping.

Use of the website

Please use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content. The text, images, branding, and other content on the store are provided for shopping and informational purposes. You may not reuse them commercially without permission.

Third-party services and links

The store relies on third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners, and carriers. Third-party websites or services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content on websites we do not control.
